Job Description
Are you a highly skilled Fullstack Developer looking to work on the cutting edge of AI? micro1 is hiring a Full stack Developer to build and scale human data infrastructure. This is a 100% remote role, offering a competitive hourly rate and the chance to work with a world-class senior team.
Key Responsibilities
* Frontend Excellence: Build and evolve high-performance frontend systems using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
* Backend Mastery: Design and deploy secure Python backends using FastAPI or Flask.
* Database Management: Own data modeling and optimize performance for PostgreSQL (indexing, schemas, and migrations).
* Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy and operate services on AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront, Lambda, and Route 53).
* End-to-End Ownership: Take features from rough ideas to reliable, production-ready software.
Technical Skills Required
* Core Tech Stack: Strong experience with React + Next.js (SSR, SSG) and Python.
* Frontend Fundamentals: Expert knowledge of TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and styled systems.
* State Management: Comfort with modern tools like Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or React Query.
* Backend Patterns: Solid experience in async patterns and service-oriented architectures.
Work Requirements
* Location: Fully Remote (Work From Home).
* Timezone: Candidates must be able to overlap with PST (Pacific Standard Time) for at least 6-8 hours daily.
* Environment: Ability to work in a fast-moving, async environment with a collaborative mindset.
