* Experience: 3 - 6 years in field operations, medical sales, or diagnostics is preferred (as per qualification criteria).
* Language Skills: Proficient in the local language and basic spoken English.
* Technical Skills: Comfortable using smartphone apps, email, and basic reporting tools.
