Job Overview
Role: Technical Support Executive (Voice Process)
Location: Work from Office (On-site)
Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers & Experienced are welcome)
Shift: 24/7 Rotational (Includes US Night Shifts)
Work Week: 5 Days a week (2 Rotational/Split Offs)
Transport: Free Home Pickup & Drop facility provided.
Eligibility Criteria
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Age: 18 to 35 Years.
Education: 12th Pass (Intermediate) or Graduate.
Note: Undergraduates must not be regular college students.
Communication: Exceptional command over spoken English (Voice & Accent).
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Hardware, Software, and Networking concepts.
Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred (Must have all documents ready for Background Verification/BGV).
Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Executive, your primary duties will include:
Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to international customers over the phone.
Resolving queries related to Hardware, Software, and Networking configurations.
Ensuring a high-quality customer experience by meeting global service standards.
Maintaining accurate logs of customer interactions and technical resolutions.
