Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Develop and implement hiring solutions for new business verticals.
Ensure delivery of talent across business units and drive vendor performance.
Audit recruitment processes to maintain high quality of hire and policy compliance.
Validate hires and approve referral or vendor payouts.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Experience: Extensive experience in resource acquisition within the IT/ITES industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Presentation tools.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong people connect, and PR skills.
